Variety reports that Starz Productions has launched production of ensemble comedy Table for Three, with Brandon Routh, Sophia Bush, Jesse Bradford, Jennifer Morrison, Johnny Galecki and Lisa Lapira. Michael Samonek directs from his own screenplay.

The story centers on a suddenly single young man who invites a “perfect couple” to share his large apartment, only to see them completely disrupt his life when they insert themselves into his new romance.

Routh (Superman Returns) has the lead role while Bradford (W) and Bush (”One Tree Hill”) portray the couple.

The film is slated for theatrical release later this year.
